HOW MUCH IS REQUIRED AS DONATION?
Money Ways only accept a donation betweenR1000 and R10 000 and in multiples of R1000. The system will not allow you to make a donation of an amount beside these amounts.
WHO DO I DONATE TO?
Your donation will go to an existing member. The system will automatically assign a member with that member`s banking details to donate to
HOW DO I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE RECEIVED DONATION PAYMENT?
Login to your account and you will see the list of all the members who have donated to you with a "approve button" link next to them. Click on the "approve" link.
HOW DO I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE MADE DONATION PAYMENT?
Login to your account and you will see the list of all the members that you need to donate to, once a payment to receiver`s bank, you need to attach the proof of payment by clicking the "ATTACH" link
WHERE DO I ADD MY BANK DETAILS?
You add your banking details once, when you are creating a new profile.
HOW LONG MUST I WAIT BEFORE I CAN GET A DONATION
You need to first make a donation and after that, you need to wait for 3 days before you can get a donation.
HOW MUCH PROFIT DO I GET AFTER PROVIDING HELP?
After providing help, you will get 60% over 3 days from your help amount. For example, if you provide help of R2000, you will get R3200 back (including your initial donation).
CAN I PROVIDE HELP FOR THE SECOND BEFORE I CAN GET HELP FROM MY FIRST DONATION?
No, you can only provide help once and wait for 3 days to get help. Then, you will be allowed to provide help again. In other words, You provide help, then get your profit and withdraw it, then you can donate again
WHEN IS THE DEADLINE FOR MAKING PAYMENT AND APPROVING A PAYMENT?
You need to make a payment to another member within 72 hours after the system has allocated you banking details or else the system will block you and will unblock you after 72 Hours. The member who is getting help will have to confirm this donation within 72 hours.
MY PROFILE HAS BEEN BLOCKED, WHAT DO I DO?
If you see that your profile has been blocked, its means you did not make a payment within 72 hours. You must send an email to email@example.com with you Membership Number and / or Cell Number and the reason why you want Money Ways to unblock you.
I AM BLOCKED, WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT?
When Money Ways blocks you, you will not be able to provide and get help. If you want Money Ways to unblock you, an email with cell number or membership number must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason why you want Money Ways to unblock you..then the system will unblock you and you will have to start proving help from again

HOW DO I UPLOAD PROOF OF PAYMENT?
Proof of payment can be upload b clicking the ATTACH link next to the member that you are paying.
It is important to note that..Only JPG...GIF..PNG...BMP...JPEG types of files are allowed.
Word document l, excel PDFs and other formats are not allowed..
